PTA

Deanshanger Primary School is fortunate to have an active and supportive Parent and Teacher Association (PTA). Meeting regularly, the PTA plans and organises a wide range of fun and engaging activities for children and families, while also raising vital funds to provide special events and extra resources for the school.

Each year, the PTA brings the school community together with a variety of exciting experiences, from colour runs, discos, and “Break the Rules” days, to raffles and wholeschool events such as pantomimes, author visits, and unforgettable dinosaur adventures.

Over the past few years, the PTA has funded:

  • Pantomime visit to the school
  • Stools for kitchen area in reception
  • Christmas trees for outside and inside the school
  • Additional play equipment
  • Library Books
  • A visit from MC Grammar
  • Young Voices and Year 6 leavers events
  • New Laptops

These contributions have enriched the school environment, supported learning and created lasting memories for pupils.

If you would like to get involved with the PTA or volunteer at one of our events, please contact the school office. Your details will be passed to Rachel Evison, Chair of the PTA.

New members and fresh ideas are always warmly welcomed.
