  • Year 3 and 4 Performance - 2019

    The show consisted of signing and some very imaginative poems read by the children. 

    To begin with, we had some lovely singing from all four classes in turn. They all really tried to project their voices and you could see they had practised to make it a brilliant event for their adults/carers. The poem that described what it was like to wrap a Christmas present was extremely funny and very well delivered by year 3. Year 4 also pulled no punches, they sang with passion and it was a great occasion to witness.

  • Year 1 and 2 Performance

    It was an amazing run for this production in 2019. The performance sizzled from start to finish.  

    With 4 renditions of this very popular nativity show, we think our children at DPS did themselves proud this Christmas. Throughout the performance there were memorable contributions from both year groups and the production and costumes were on point. 

    Special mention to the three judges that remembered lots of lines and delivered the comedy as if they were pros. When leaving the school hall, I actually heard a parent say ' I would have paid to see that', which just shows how highly rated the show was by the adults watching.........

  • Christmas Fete Success - 07/12/2019

    WOW! We couldn't be prouder or more grateful to our hardworking PTA, staff and the whole community for our great Christmas fete after school today @ Deanshanger Primary School
