1.Favourite animal 

It has to be a cheetah. I was lucky enough to see one on a safari in South Africa .

2.What do you do to unwind?

I go running through the fields where I live, out on my bike (weather permitting!) or go for a swim.

3.The best meal possible

No matter where I am in the world, nothing will beat my mum's Roast Dinner! 

4.City or Countryside

Has to be the countryside! More relaxing!
