If you would like to find out about school places, please contact us in the first instance so that we can welcome you to the school and show you around; this is the perfect way for you to get a feel for our school and for us to answer any questions you might have and support transition for your child/children.  We do not hold specific open mornings or days for visits, but instead arrange individual family visits throughout the year focused on the questions that you have whilst starting to get to know your child/ren.

Whilst the start of term is a good time to join us, children start their learning journey with us at all times of the year and a mutually agreed day is considered based on 'best fit' for individual children and families.

As a two form entry school, our standard admission is 60 children per year group. The majority of our children live in Deanshanger but we have approximately 35 families that live in nearby towns or villages. Children can start at Deanshanger in Foundation Stage in the September following their fourth birthday and enjoy seven happy years until moving on to secondary school.

Admission to the school is governed by the local authority, Northamptonshire County Council and school places are allocated through them. Oversubscription procedures are followed according to the priority of places section.
